DOCUMENTARIES

SNAPSHOT

Snapshot is a documentary I began developing in 2013.
It is about the photographer Leif-Erik Nygårds and the single photograph he captured of Marilyn Monroe, whilst working as assistant to Bert Stern on ‘The Last Sitting’ photo shoot. It was the last studio shot ever taken of Marilyn, before her untimely death just five weeks later.
What began as a simple, short, documentary has gone on to become a much larger production, involving the contributions of Robert De Niro, Willem Dafoe and Rachel Brosnahan.
Funded, produced and directed entirely by myself, this project has been a labour of love and is nearing completion.

REGARDING HENRY

In a rare interview, 10-time champion trainer Henry Cecil opens up about his career and family and discusses just some of the ‘superstars’ he has trained during his long career.

THE ITALIAN'S JOB

A two-hour documentary I made with leading British racehorse trainer Luca Cumani. Luca discusses his family, his business and the ups and downs of the industry.
